Payment Methods

ICAN accepts the following payment methods. VISA, Mastercard via Paypal online, AliPay, Wechat Pay. If you want to use WESTERN UNION service or Bank Transfer，then just contact us (Email address peggy@icanwheels.com / Whatsapp +86 181 29814220).

Taxes

ICAN products price we quote to the customer does not include taxes except the oversea warehouse products. If taxes is asked, ICAN is not responsible for any custom duty or import tax. It will be buyer duty.

We can mark the invoice with a Low Declared Value for you, so pls contact us if you have a request for the declared value.

If you buy our oversea warehouse products, the price includes taxes, customers do not need to pay, taxes is prepaid by ICAN.

Fast Express Shipping Worldwide

We ship to all countries/regions via China Post, EMS, FedEx, DPD and UPS. Shipping costs vary depending on the product, region, and shipping method. You can see different shipping options at the checkout. Please contact us if you have any questions. After receiving your order, we will begin hand-customizing your wheelset/hand-painting your frame according to your selected configuration and ship it as quickly as possible. However, there may be matters that require confirmation from you during the process, so we suggest you keep an eye on our contact information (email or WhatsApp) after placing your order. The tracking number will be uploaded to your order; please check your email notifications.

About the ICAN small items, we will ship out by E-packet, USPS or NL Post. This will take 12-20 days normally. Tax is extra. Pls pay attention to the customs tax invoice from local customs. 

If you want to upgrade to super fast shipping time, then ICAN offer DHL shipping service, it will just take 3-5 working days, pls contact us to get the shipping price.
